With over 18 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, Frank offers comprehensive support throughout the entire project process, from initial site finding and planning to the delivery of fully operational renewable energy assets.

His journey began as a hydrographic surveyor, transitioning to the renewables sector in 2005 with Nuon UK. From Project managemer to development project manager, successfully navigating the complexities of wind farm development and securing planning consent for the Nant Bach wind farm in North Wales.

In 2012, Frank joined the East Anglia Offshore Wind project, focusing on the consenting process and later ensuring compliance with planning conditions during construction. then moved to onshore construction, firstly as the interface manager and then becoming the construction manager for the £400m 226MW Pen-y-Cymoedd wind farm. During this project he oversaw the various work packages, including the 400kV transmission grid connection and 22MW BESS.

In 2017 he became Head of Construction Management in onshore wind and by 2019, he was leading a team as the Head of Market Development for Onshore Wind in the UK, significantly expanding the development portfolio.
