Roy is an experienced projectmanager and also a technical developer of multidisciplinary projects at airports in his best role. He also manages special real estate projects like transformed office buildings into housing objects.

Because of his broad experience in property management he knows about building technology in many forms. He has broad knowledge of asset management of real estate portfolios, including retail projects and offices.
