Jan Roelof is an experienced project manager with broad experience in real estate project development and management. He often operates on the side of the client where he is central point between the client, stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
At Schiphol Airport, he has worked on a wide variety of projects, both in the execution of projects and on behalf of the employer of projects as well.
He connects parties and focuses on quality, safety, finance, time and sustainability requirements in his projects. Trained over the years and experienced with various integrated contract forms in addition to UAV, such as UAV-gc and Fidic, Jan Roelof also has knowledge of BIM models, Systems Engineering, commissioning systems and processes.
