With a background in electrical engineering and informatics, Emile has laid the foundations for his experiences with control engineering projects in various environments. He has led several implementation projects and project teams, in which the Prince II methodology has been used as a guideline.
Emile is experienced in the roles of technical manager, consultant, technical project leader, project manager with project-based work, ITIL (incident-, problem-and change management) and working within a delivery organization.
With extensive experience in projects in the control technology of rail control and airport ‘ airside ‘ technology, Emile Grip keeps track of time, money and quality. At the intersection of software and hardware in ICT projects, Emile takes the course and holds it. In collaboration with teams and according to clear processes, he handles the contract management by testing and tests of suppliers.
